The ideal candidate is an experienced self-starter who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Run HAAS VF2 Machine and HAAS Tool Room Mill, indicating vises and loading tool changers with the proper tooling, take raw material to a finished part.
• Need understanding of speed and feeds and their relationship to different materials.
• Complies with good manufacturing practices
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic operating difficulties
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment following all safety standards and requirements.

Position Requirements:

• One year CNC experience.
• Knowledge of CNC machine setup required.
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices.

• Maintaining upkeep of work areas.
• Performing routing inspections on machines.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic operating difficulties.
• Assists other teams when needed.

Position Requirements:

• Ability to read basic measuring tools i.e. tape measure, caliper, micrometers, etc.
• Previous machine operator experience in grinding and welding preferred but willing to train.
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operating difficulties.
• Assists other teams when needed.

Position Requirements:

• Three years Saw Filer experience preferred.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Basic understanding of planned/preventive maintenance.
• Produce quality work product and capacity to adapt to and learn new technology.
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
