Smith Sawmill Service ships to the Contiguous United States for orders from the website and typically ships products the same day during business hours. Used throughout many industries for a variety of applications, MDI engineers have carefully chosen specific varieties of these industrial duty machine mounts to accommodate our metal detectors where needed. MDI offers Shock Mounts for each type of metal detector we manufacture, each one serving its intended purpose of isolating the metal detector from inherent vibration. When installed properly, shock mounts will greatly reduce vibrations transmitted through the search coil support structure that can cause the metal detector to false trip.
