BIOLUBE #4

BIOLUBE #4 is an emulsion formula for removal of pine and pitch. Water-based softwood formula specifically for removing spruce, pine, and fir and resins on all wood processing equipment. Concentrated synthetic emulsion can be used straight or diluted with water.

A high-grade synthetic emulsifiable water based lubricant fortified with special cleansers, designed to remove pine pitch and resin while providing superior lubrication and cooling.

Lubie® #4 can be used full strength or up to 10:1 diluted with water in wick, drip and spray systems to cool, lubricate and remove heavy SPF resin build-up on band saw blades, circular saws, gang rip blades and other wood cutting tools. • Non flammable, non toxic and biodegradable, and environmentally friendly.
• It does not contain any chemicals listed in SARA Title III, Section 313 or in OSHA 29 CFR 1910.

Biolube #4 full strength or diluted up to 10:1 with water is most effectively applied through Biolube's Lubie® spray systems, which give the ultimate in application and volume adjustments.
