  • INFO

The AT Series Swage is acclaimed by filers everywhere for its ease of operation and consistently outstanding results. These swages feature an eccentric die that knocks off “duck bill” types of swaging, eliminating the need for filing off tips and saving considerable time in the process.

Dies pull straight out for cleaning and inspection without changing swage adjustments. The clearance and contact rise of the dies provide smoother operation, while producing the exact swage needed for fast, accurate sawing. No anvil adjusting gauge is required to set the swage. Carbide inserted clamp screws and swivel points are available.

The At Series Swage is also available with air operation, which offers accuracy identical to our standard AT Swages, plus speed and ease of operation. A conversion kit for your existing AT Swage is available.

A Dies are designed for AT Series, or to improve the performance of other types of swages. Relief on the die back gives perfect clearance without the aid of bushings, eliminating the back of the die dragging over the tooth face. A constant rise die works the full stroke of the die lever and puts up the strongest tooth with the least amount of effort, without injury to the saw tooth.

The clamp screw on the AT Series Swage is located so that saw tooth points never meet clamp screw rings, even as the saw wears down. If saw teeth are properly ground, you’ll never grind into clamp screw rings and weaken corners. This feature alone saves enough time, material and labor to make the AT Series Swage pay for itself.
